As CDDC’s in-house digital expert, Madison manages messaging and strategy for a variety of purposes and platforms. In addition to providing visual and verbal communications support, she oversees all brand assets for Downtown Columbus, including the website and social media channels. 

Before joining CDDC in 2015, Madison aided communications efforts at public and non-profit organizations, including the City of Dublin and the PGA TOUR. Madison has a bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications from the Ohio State University.
