Mark Bargo

Director of Construction

As the lead executive on all of CDDC and Capitol South’s construction activities, Mark has directly managed more than $200 million in construction in his time with the organizations.  A driving force behind some of the city’s most transformational projects like the Scioto Greenways, Dorrian Green, National Veterans Memorial and Museum and the new, mixed-use development on The Peninsula, Mark is an accomplished construction and project management professional.   
Before joining the CDDC team in 2013, Mark worked as a Construction Project Manager for the Columbus Regional Airport Authority and as a Project Engineer for M.J. Dean Construction, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV, roles that involved him in a diverse array of projects including aviation, healthcare, hospitality, gaming and high rise totaling over $1 billion. 

Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and is also a certified Project Management Professional.
